I just found out there is a 'Go Topless Day' each year at
the end of
August. Wow! I missed seeing it. This could be a male dream come true
sight, uh, if it's a
female only topless
display. We men have been going topless forever and no one ever objects
(Well, when out fat gut and huge breasts show it is a little
disgusting.....but it's still legal for the males out there to to show
that). Why is it society reacts in shock and outrage, even passing laws
claiming the sight of a female breast is obscene? Yet, the same people
shocked by the female breast don't even notice male breasts.
GoTopless Day always falls at the Sunday closest to Women's Equality
Day, Aug. 26. I think that might be intentional in this age of the
so-called war on women. Women in the U.S. seem to complain allot about
not
being "equal", yet there is little evidence of it. However, they surely
are treated unequally in the area of breast displays. The right to go
topless for women is based on gender equality. It is unfair. But I
know of few
men who do not support the female right to show her breasts in public,
so what are the people against showing female breasts complaining about?
Supposedly, on Go Topless Day, people in cities around the world are
invited to stand up (and jiggle?) for a women's right to go topless in
public. Both men
and women parade topless, making it hard for any female to be arrested
for public nudity, given the guys are showing their breasts too.
Hmmm Looking at a boob map for Go Topless Day I see no rallies in
my Oregon, but quite a few internationally. It seems that breasts are
being barred in many places in the world on Go Topless Day. Oh my....I
see that New York City has a 'Nipple Pride" parade on that day. I
wonder why anyone would take pride in his or her nipples. Is the look
of a nipple not an act of nature, not the individual? Should we take
pride or fell ashamed because nature gave us or gave us not nice
breasts?
I see also that in some of the parades while the display female
breasts, the
males cover theirs with bras. It's supposed to be symbolic of the
female search for "equal treatment". But I wonder if bras for the
ladies are more a demand of nature than for public decency. Men and
women are treated differently in some areas, to the advantage of men in
some cases and of women in others, based on conditions nature gives us.
It's a life is unfair thing.
Women could protest, for example, that they have to be the ones getting
pregnant, but it won't change the fact that nature is the one who
"discriminates" in that regard.
I say that women shouldn't be persecuted for
doing something men have done for decades without any problems. So on
Go Topless day
break the bonds of slavery and show us your breasts. ladies!
